রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
- রিটার্নের আগে আমাদের কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন প্রয়োজন।
- রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে দ্রুত আমাদের ফোন নম্বর বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করুন।
- রিটার্ন অনুরোধে অর্ডার নম্বর, গ্রাহকের নাম এবং সমস্যাটি স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করুন।
- অনুমোদন পেলে আপনাকে রিটার্ন কন্টেইনার বা রিটার্ন রেফারেন্স দেওয়া হবে।
- অনুমোদন ছাড়া কোন পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানো মানা।
রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি
রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর আমরা নিম্নোক্ত বিকল্পের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড বা প্রতিস্থাপন করব:
